Shipping & Refund Policy

Physical Products (e.g. pins, merchandise)

  • All physical items are carefully packed before shipment.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with relevant proof (photos or tracking information).

  • Once the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Digital Products (e.g. eBooks, digital files)

  • All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after delivery, except in cases of technical failure preventing access to the file.


Important Notes

  • Refund requests made after an order has been shipped for reasons other than damage or confirmed loss will not be accepted.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Shipping & Refund Policy.
