All physical items are carefully packed before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with relevant proof (photos or tracking information).

Once the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Digital Products (e.g. eBooks, digital files)

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after delivery, except in cases of technical failure preventing access to the file.
Important Notes

Refund requests made after an order has been shipped for reasons other than damage or confirmed loss will not be accepted.
